Yes. BONSAI JOURNEY welcomes all, from those encountering bonsai for the first time to those who have practiced for many years. Before technique, only this is needed: a readiness to meet bonsai with openness.
To simply watch the recordings, no special tools are needed. The first way into the journey is to feel the world of bonsai through what you see. When the time comes that you wish to work with your hands, what you need will naturally become clear.
The site and video subtitles are available in seven languages: Japanese, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, and French. The subtitle language may be changed at any time from the settings on the My Account page.
For upgrades: for example, when changing from the 馬 Uma Horse course (monthly) to the 舟 Fune Boat course (monthly), the remaining value of your current plan is calculated on a pro-rata basis. The difference between the new course fee is then charged immediately.
For downgrades: when switching to a lower-priced course, no refund or discount is applied at the time of change. Your current plan continues until the next renewal date, after which the new course fee takes effect.
Yes, you may request cancellation at any time. After submitting a cancellation request, you may continue to access content until the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining period.
